Become a Safety Ambassador

Logo-SafetyStamp-1000x1000

Maritime safety concerns us all, whether we are marine professionals or we live in a coastal area and enjoy the sea for recreational purposes.

As part of the project, you too can become a “Safety Ambassador” by voluntarily committing to strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations and instructions and encouraging your colleagues, friends and family to do the same, thus enhancing Maritime Safety Culture in the local community and wider area in which you operate.

Benefit from the project’s activities by regularly receiving from HELMEPA electronic safety tips and updates and share your experience with others, reporting safety incidents through the online Voluntary Incident Reporting Platform-VIRP.

This commitment applies to all those who appreciate and respect the sea and want to spread the message for enhanced Maritime Safety to the wider marine communities of Greece and Cyprus.

As Safety Ambassador, you will receive:

Safety Ambassador Certificate.
Electronic certification-stamp for your website or social media.
Boat flag (pointing) with the logo of the “Safe at Sea” campaign
